The Cherry Pit Bag, or Chriestisteisackli as they're known in Switzerland, is a fantastic invention that has stood the test of time. Simple yet versatile, the Cherry Pit Bag is a natural alternative to modern electric or chemical-based warming or cooling packs. 
 
Put in the microwave for 2 minutes for 30-45 minutes of soothing heat, or leave it in the freezer for 30-45 minutes of cooling relief. 
 
The rectagular design has the same amount of cherry pits as the square. Many prefer this shape for neck, shoulders, knees and feet.
